May 18, 2012 - Centennial Logo Announcement
Congratulations to Katelyn Gagnon and Carol Hansvall whose designs were merged to create Shaunavon's Centennial Logo and Tag Line. Katelyn submitted a logo that motivated many on the committee, and those around the table were inspired by her wording “100 years, Our Home, Our Future”. Some tweaking of this, coupled with Carol Hansvall’s interpretation of our history and our present, combined for what we hope the community and our many visitors will enjoy. The committee would like to thank everyone for their inspired submissions and truly appreciate all the interest.
Let's Make Shaunavon Shine!
Because we will be showing off our home town, the committee encourages all property owners to spruce up their homes and yards.
Be Part of the Excitement!
Excitement is definitely growing for Shaunavon’s birthday bash. We have already had inquiries from California, Mexico and several within Canada. This will be a memorable weekend and we encourage everyone of any age to find what contribution they can make towards its success.
